I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive, and to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside of me - I own me, and therefore I can engineer me - I am me & I AM OK.

Services

Develop + Grow Psychology and Health provides a comprehensive range of psychological services including assessments, evidence based therapy and interventions. Our services are provided by highly skilled and caring professionals with expertise working with adults, adolescents and children.

Adults

People come to a psychologist for many different reasons. It could be work stress, managing change, trauma, anxiety or a combination of different influences. Our qualified and experienced psychologists work with you to promote positive coping styles, transformation and resilience. Individual counselling sessions can be helpful for people of all ages.

Autism

Awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) has significantly increased in the last fifteen years. Whilst there is greater knowledge and understanding about ASD, it can be difficult to find clinicians experienced and sensitive to the unique needs of the person with ASD. Develop + Grow psychologists are experienced professionals.

Children

Our psychologists create a space where children can find a way to safely explore feelings and emotions. We apply current theories from trauma work and neuroplasticity. We have a dedicated play therapy space for children to experience and explore. We work to facilitate the child's sense of ability and mastery over uncomfortable and unhelpful ways of thinking and interacting with others. Through thoughtful and targeted play, we promote the well being of children and young people to assist them with a range of challenges such as Anxiety, Depression, Grief and loss, Friendship issues and Bullying.
